Our September Meal and Movie day will be held at Hoyts Cinemas at Chadstone Shopping Centre. This is your chance to get out and use your Pioneers Card to see a free film as well as get together beforehand to enjoy a meal and a drink with fellow Pioneers.
WEDNESDAY SEPT 19th MEAL & MOVIE DAY
MEET: MEZZ Kitchen and Bar – Level 1 on the Dining Terrace, just underneath the Hoyts Cinemas, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Dandenong Road, Chadstone.
Car Parking is best in car park “B” which gives you direct access to Level 1 and the dining terrace.
*** NOTE: Level 1 Dining Terrace has a range of different food types and restaurants available from Chinese to Japanese,Vietnamese, Mexican and pizza. You do not have to eat at the MEZZ if you do not want to.
DATE: Wednesday September 19th 2018
TIME: 11:00am for 11:30-12:00 noon lunch
MOVIE: At Hoyts Chadstone, Level 2 just above the Dining Terrace. Your choice of movie and using your Pioneers pass for up to 2 tickets for the film of your choice.
There is no need to prepay for this function. As we will be meeting at a food and drink establishment, food and beverages consumed by anyone attending this function will be paid for by the consumer directly to the venue upon ordering. Whilst we are meeting at one location, there are others around to eat at.
Tickets to the movie of your choice will be by using your Cinema Pioneers Membership Card so PLEASE remember to bring your card along with you on the day.
What we WOULD like you to do however is to let us know IN ADVANCE that you want to come along on the day. This can be done by sending us an email to Derek Screen at the email address pioneersvic@optusnet.com.au indicating; Your name & name of any guest or by posting us the acceptance slip found in the last newsletter. Whilst bookings are NOT essential and you can choose to simply turn up on the day, it would be appreciated if you COULD advise us in advance for venue staffing and seating arrangements.
