Catherine Lavelle – Committee Member

One of Australia’s leading film and television public relations consultants, Catherine began her career with Warner Bros in 1983 working as an under-secretary in the legal department in London. Moving to Australia in 1988 and joining Beyond – ultimately as Marketing Manager for Beyond Films, Catherine established the boutique public relations agency CLPR in 1992 specialising in taking productions from script to screen. Catherine has since been intrinsically involved in campaigns for some of Australia’s most iconic features, as well as managing the Australian roll out for international titles for Fox Searchlight and leading independent film distributors.
