• Have the two Cinema Pioneers you have listed sign the application
• Include (don’t staple to the form) a passport photo
• Include your membership fee as a cheque or Money Order made payable to Australian Cinema Pioneers
• visit our Contact Us page for the address of your state president

Acceptance for membership is subject to confirmation of the Executive Committee, and should the application be declined, the application fee will be returned.
